01.27.19 Claire Coffey Portraits
Claire Coffey, a freshman at Oakdale High School, is not your typical student. This past year she won the title of Miss Preston Fest's Outstanding Teen 2019 and will be competing in the Miss Maryland's Outstanding Teen pageant this upcoming June. This will be her second year competing in the Miss Maryland pageant.
