Eric Bender works at Hood College as an IT Specialist in the Information Technology Department. His day start at 8:30am non stop until 5:00pm. He's basically a "Department of one" because he's in charge of Faculty and students computers' problems.
He's always getting out of his way to help everyone who comes with an emergency.
Sometimes he needs to wait until a program gets downloaded in a computer.
Every time you see him, even though he could be overwhelmed with work, he greets you with a big smile.
