Event #2, Jacobsen

People gather along the banks of Carroll Creek in downtown Frederick, MD on Saturday, February 2nd, 2019 to drink at an ice bar, part of the town's First Saturday Fire And Ice event. Aside from the ice bar, attendees to the event were greeted by multiple ice sculptures throughout town, warming stations, a smores making station and a pyrotechnics display.
